Best Looking Shooters.. the showdown begins!

OK, so, I'd like to CHANGE my vote.

I voted for Killzone 2 going off of a blurry Gametrailers trailer. Which CLEARLY did a great smoothing job.

I downloaded the real trailer in 720p from PSN, and watched it.......

yeah Killzone doesn't look all that great anymore. It still looks gooooood, but not great. I mean, the lighting looked all weird. And your gun looks cut and pasted onto the screen.

Not to mention the jaggies REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY showed. The lack of colour doesn't veen bother me, that's the game, even Greys of War was the same as that colour palette.

Yeah, I suddenly don't know what all the fuss is about. The worrying sign for Geurilla is, what they showed at E3 was pre-rendered. In other words, the whole game wasn't there, no AI, no physics, no nothing, and it STILL wasn't that impressive.

What happens when ALL that gets added, AND they have the frame rate to consider, this game suddenly could turn out to be VERY average.

I request a vote change to Godlo 3.

From what ive seen halo 3 doesnt even come close to gears or even bioshock for that matter. It seems any time anyone puts up a poll that has halo in it, it is automatically the winner. Its a joke really i mea even if someone asked whats the best toilet paper charmin, angel soft or halo 3, halo 3 would still win hands down. people need to vote realisticly

Its OUR opinion... anyway, Halo has a diferent artistic style... not so graphic friendly, still i like what i saw

Anyway, Halo 3 will look A LOT better than you give it credit for. I'd say Bungie prefers NOT to try and overshoot the mark unlike Geurilla.

While Gears looks great, it's over bump mapped. Bioshock also looks good, but nothing groundbreaking.

1. Im not saying its not going to be a great game
2. the poll asks for BEST LOOKING SHOOTER. not the best game you

Tears of Bore and Biocock are both corridor shooters. Neither have the scale or draw distance of Gaylo 3.

That is false. BioShock isn't linear. They give you the option to explore your surroundings in anyway you feel like it.
