Don't kid yourself, they need Japan. It's not like the future of the company depends on it, but 5 000 000+ consoles moved would be swell for them.

Losing Japan or the US is a death sentence in the gaming industry. You don't carry either, and you WILL lose the generation.

Until MS learns to carry japan it will be competing for second (in ANY generation).
