How many PS3'S will be sold in December

It was more of a comment towards the person who mentioned the 360/Wii outselling the PS3. I should have worded the response a bit better and quoted them. The PS3s sales will be around that of the 360s. The 360 has been on the market for 3 years now and will have to be "saturated" at some point. I was guessing it will be this holiday. So the PS3 stands a chance to sell around that of the 360. It has some games, granted not a lot of must have titles, which it really didn't have at launch. Online functionality with Home too. Other selling points I would imagine.

Maybe some major blu-ray titles or something. A price cut might be in order as well as a new SKU? (all onion at this point. . . possible though)

As far as how many will sell, I am guessing around what they did at launch because the PS3 really hasn't penetrated into the market the way Sony is claiming. It really can only get better for Sony.

Another PS3 thread about numbers turned to just trashing it. I think you can tell by the poll results that most people don't even care how much it sells they just hate it.

The poll and thread was done because me as a PS3 fan now finds laughter and comedy at hate posts done by 360/Wii fanboys

That's easy 250-350k would have become the new popular choice by default because it makes the PS3 look the worst. It doesn't a genius to figure out what option the haters will choose and that's what option makes it look the worst. But the posts afterwards are made of epic lulz.

I am by no means a fan of the PS3, though Sony doesn't bother me as they once did. I did vote option number 3, so don't misjudge NGW and think that is only filled with rabid fanboys.

I respectfully disagree and the 15 votes for PS3 is a flop just goes to show who runs around in these parts of intrawebs, not to mention I have read a couple topics and well I'm surprised the site is so freely run.

PS3 is not gonna flop no matter how many people on this forum want it to. Until they accept that, thread about numbers are always gonna take a bad turn just like this one did.

For what it's worth I voted option 5, but I think I made a mistaking by assuming this was talking about US numbers only.
