Can Home save the PS3?

SL is a very different more advanced experience.

Home is a really good and really stupid idea. They were better off when they were just copying stuff. Copy MS's Online, Nintendo's Casual Market, and the PCs hardcore market and BAM... Epic win.

just going back abit.... 2nd life is a kids idea of an adult version of the sims lots of pr0n and sex and nakedness. But nothing else, there is even less stuff to do than there are million sellers on the PS3.

Home is being hyped up and it's really just a pretty interface for the casuals....... but they've all gone to the wii.


Now like has been said already give it a decent pricecut ($/£100), make it WORLDWIDE and not a clearance pricecut and they may, just may be able to claw up some decent sales.

I dont think that sort of price cut will happen for the PS3 for another 2 years.
Blu ray is so expensive to do. And the fact that films will be downloaded by many people in HD over the next few years it will go the same as music. Majority sales will be Downloadable and the minority sales hand media. This will cause PS3 prices to be sustained.
