Well all you do in crackdown is climb building and kill people. And look at how that turned out. Ambigous post.

Assassin's Creed and Stranglehold are the two big third person games this year.

Mass Effect is third person, although yes the Stranglehold Demo is awesome. But the game is a bit shallow.

Mass Effect is up there as well. The game may be shallow, but it's a lot of fun, which goes a long way. Mindless killing is always good for a game.
