Quite simply if Sony doesn't gain traction compared to its competitors, it'll be much more difficult for the system to gain exclusive titles beyond those already in development. It is the vicious cycle of low market share -> few exclusives -> lower market share -> fewer exclusives.

The PS3 did place last in November's NPD but there are signs that sales have picked up. It just matters how well they've picked up compared to the Xbox 360 and the Wii seasonal increase.

It's going to be funny when the US falls in line with the rest of the developed world and embraces the PlayStation 3.

The Isle of Man likes the Commodore 64, it just came out there last week, big seller.
