I don't know a wii owner (who is a gamer) that doesn't want brawl/SMG. I mean... why else would you buy the wii?

That's the point Ed's making though. Super Mario Galaxy is one of those once-per-decade games that should appeal to just about everyone, and yet it's not doing as well as you'd expect for the available fanbase - specifically because a lot of Wii owners aren't "traditional gamers".

Someone said thi sbut SMG might sky rocket due to christmas, like people saving that for a christmas present. If it doesn't sell anymore than it is around Dec and Jan then it is safe to say that people are stupid. By then you will have smash bros brawl in feb so I don't see Smg going up if it doesn't by then.

I think Galaxy numbers will skyrocket on Christmas Day because Nintendo has included a chip in Galaxy that senses happy little children opening presents.
