Navi was there to help noobs know where to go. It's not a technical flaw like a control issue or camera. We're talking about different issues here. Zelda OOT is perfect. Even Nintendo fan's precious Metacritic says it's best ever. |

I'm not nagging the games, but sometimes a 'repeated level' or backtracking is built into the story. Now, in an FPS, you can't really TRAVEL to areas the way you can in adventure games, it goes against the style of the game, so they simply 'repeat' a level. It's no different than backtracking in Metroid, but no one seems to complain there. Metroid 3 especially has more backtracking than I've seen in any game ever. |

The only people who wouldn't have to backtrack are the people NOT trying to get every star. |

Even in the same level. Isn't almost every corridor is Sky Town Elisia the same? There was a few moments where I lost where I was and had to check the map because the corridoors look familiar. I didn't have a problem with it, it's part what the art direction dictates, it's not a flaw, in EITHER game. |
