FPS: PC vs. Console, which is better?

So me and my buddy were discussing if console FPS is as good as PC FPS, I don't really care if an FPS is on a console since i've gotten use to playing with a controller. But in my opinion they're equally good, because the new controllers are really good to play FPS with unlike the last-gen controllers which I thought sucked ass at FPS. What do you guys think?

Game console controllers cramp my thumbs and make my hands hurt when I use them for things like FPSes, so keyboard+mouse for me.

FPS has always been better on PC for playing but the better games come out on consoles so i'd say equal.

KB+Mouse is better than dual analog, but lots of the newest games on PC require the newest PC models, so I vote equal.
