COD4 vs. Halo 3

I prefair Call of duty 4 for single player and multiplayer. Reason being for muliplayer though is I do not have Xbox Live YET so that may change then

I gotta tell ya, Call of Duty 4's online multiplayer is addicting with the leveling up...such a great system they have...plus I like it better when there aren't these weapon spawn points that people fight over...

So as I asked in the OP, does anyone see COD4 surpassing Halo 3 in overall sales at some point?

I'd say CoD4 is probably on around 5 million while Halo 3 is probably on around 7.5.

The only problem is Halo 3 currently only has one platform, while CoD4 has three (4 if you really want to include the DS, but let's be serious).

I'd say that unless Halo 3 gets a massive resurgance at some point or the PC version really takes off, the steady sales of Call of Duty 4 will overtake it.

Well I happen to find most of the people who hate Halo 3 happen to be PS3 owners who don't have a 360. So as a 360 owner I do not have to compromise.

I hate Halo, I have both. Crap single player and good multiplayer does not make a good game.

hello i am halo i am so awsome i get 100% review scores but the reviewers then say im not the perfect game as my campaign is to short/crap/starcraft, woop woop not perfect game scoring 100% reviews i smell something...

then we have COD4 which is awesome in a linear polished way whos main critasism is that the campaign for single player is to short and thats about it, but its longer than halo 3 and that scored 100% so COD must be around 120%
