I didn't want it to be Wii Vs Everything else in a negative way, it was to highlight the point that Nintendo isn't turning into console gaming into PC gaming with a controller.

I don't give a shit about the ps3 library and if I did, I'd buy one.

On a side note (If anyone wants a flame war, start another topic, don't derail this one) you could say that the 60-80 range on Wii is better than the 60-80 range on ps3.


Of the top 43 games on ps3, there are 6 that I would like to play, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS A MULTIPLAT.

By comparison, I own/will own 9 of the top 10 Wii games.

Well the topic stopped because there isn't much else to say.

Thom is spot on. PS3 is potentialy taking us in a dangerous direction. More dangerous than most realise or can see.

BUT, having said that, the game library of the Wii is actually the only thing stopping it being a PURE gaming console.

You have to have a decent number of good titles to be considered a PURE gaming console.

360 is a LOT closer to a pure gaming console right now than the Wii.

To act as a cache when the game is online to keep it seamless and remove loading while playing online.

Folding@Home is basically a screensaver and a handy way to view where PS3 owners are concentrated.
