yeah i agree with the post,basically i kinda pointed the same thing with the first post i ever done on this forum :P

Nintendo ofc doesnt have another choice.Every company uses its strengths.Nintendo has the franchises and the huge history(VC&and full GC comp)Sony has blue-ray and psp conn and Xbox has excellent windows connectivity and xboxlive.

besides Nintendo is only about the games.Its a video gaming company and nothing more.Sony is a technology colosus and Microsoft a software Colosus.

Speshal Ed Wii doesnt have a great game library thats true.Tho i could point out more games , decent games than u could-Wii has something NO other console has(except ds).

Its called a total blast the first 1 hour u take the wiimote in ur hands ,either if u play games in general or not.

Being concerned about the Wii's library , the upcoming one is logical.Companies notice that best selling games are Nintendo's games and games that have casual-taste.

Being totally pesimistic is Too Much and maybe even biased, because the Wii is a Marketing and a Selling success and the right ppl know it.Ofc Wii will grow a decent library.Its for sure.whats also for sure is that it will grow a library with more variety.its not gonna be like shooter shooter shooter shooter action racing shooter shooter.

And with Wiiware opening up, a lot more "creative" small and mid-sized devs are going to jump onto the wagon as well, or at least that's the trend with some of the devs I met at GDC, due to lower costs and the more expensive costs of developing for the HD consoles.

Besides maybe ppl tend to look Wii's library from a narrow point of view.
Rainbow has done in the past an epic post that counters at some point the Metacritic statistics Pirate posted.

I cant remember much but the point was that maybe for the 40 year old chubby game critic a game with barbies isnt that good but for the 9year old girly girly girl is a blast.

So basically she said that when it comes to judge the QUAAALITY of the game open ur mind this <---> much and dont call it BS if it wasnt made for U.

Right on the money. Although for a company that's 'only about the games' Nintendo should release some more quality titels.
