| I'm really confused on this. I don't want to say never because I think it'll happen eventually, but I guess I'll go with more than 10 years, because it'll take a while to kill off Nintendo. (or at least corrupt them out of gaming consoles)

| I think eventually console, PC, TV, pretty much all media devices will merge into one device, or class of devices. So do I think a system like we have now of gaming consoles will ever disappear? As we know it yes, but that wont be for a long time.

| Depends what you call a console. In the future we maybe just have a watch that is a phone, TV, console, PDA, kitchen and toilet so would that be considered a console since it plays games? What we call consoles could be phased out sometime in the future but consoles will evolve rather than die out.
