this thread needs a poll with a tardcore option

i think what defines hardcore is the games learning curve, for instance WoW is not hardcore but EVE online is, or tribes 2 is for the hardcore while halo 3 is for the simpleton

I disagree. Hardcore games, are games you play because you have to, not because you enjoy them. Casual games are the games you enjoy and don't have to play

Based on the ammount of time I spend on games I'm a somewhere in between casual and hardcore, but the types of games I play are all concidered 'hardcore' (shooters, racing).
