Is the PS3 outselling the Xbox360 globally? All the figures i have seen for the last two months(inc NPD) suggest it is. Then why is the ticker on the frontpage of this site suggesting otherwise.

I hope this is a serious question. But I'll give you an answer anyway. THE TICKER IS WRONG! But the year headstart for xbox 360 has kept the 360 in the lead as the PS3 hasn't outsold it by enough yet.

Currently in all regions, the PS3 is outselling the 360, and it outsold the 360 overall in '07.

Well I'm just saying...this is a VIDEO GAME site...and the fact is that the PS3 didn't have a single game in the top 10 for 2007 sales.

Seriously, I'd like to think the 360 had better software sales, it has a higher install base and, for most of the year, the best multiplatform titles.
