| No there are people who are normal weight. Basically it calculates your BMI by dividing weight/height. If you do a lot of exercise and have big muscles then your BMI wont be accurate because muscle is heavier than fat. I think the person in this article should worry more about a lack of brain cells than being classed as overweight... 6 stone for a 10 year old is pretty heavy. |
