I got the game to and I have to agree with Arsenic, the acting is pretty mediocre and turns you off a bit and the game did start off really slow. Once it came time to swap to the rebels was the point that really sucked me in, the rebels are just better in just about every way except they lack nectar (obviously) and aren't as strong with their melee attack (though that's balanced out by the weapon stealing ability). I found the ironsight aiming of the rebels to be much more fluid and easier to aim then the scope aiming of the Mantel soldiers.
I'm not sure how long the game is but I've put quite a few hours into and I think I'm near the end (overall it's probably is a bit short). Regarding the graphics, yes overall they are average but most of the time it's a mix between 'pretty good' in some areas while low-res and ugly in others. Also noticed some texture pop-in on one of the levels.
Overall I'd probably give it about a 7/10. I don't think the game is as bad as people are saying, and I honestly think most of the people who think it's that bad are the ones of never intended playing anyway for whatever reason.
