What is your favorite Boss battle?

Like what the thread title says, what is your favorite boss battle or what games has the best boss battles?

GLaDOS from portal was awesome. I like the boss battles from Metroid prime, especially the Ridley fights in 3. Dr. Robotnik was always fun to fight in old sonic games too.

My favourite boss battle would be the one against Chop Chop Master Onion in Parappa the Rapper.

Mann..... I can't even remember the ones wayy back in Sega and PS1 days for me.... Although Crash Bandicoot always had some awesome whacky boss battles.

By the way, anyone who has played MGS4. What was your favourite boss battle in that game? Mine was definetely Laughing Octopus but Crying Wolf was pretty intense as well. I loved ghosting those bitches in the snow storm.

Probably the Spirit Temple boss (twin sister witches) in Ocarina of Time, in fact I just love that entire level.

I"d say the battle Knuckles Vs. Metal Sonic in Sonic 3 & Knuckles
The battle with "The End" in MGS3
and the battle with "Theseus" in God of War 2, i just loved smashing his head in the doorway

Hmm, I'd say the final Gannon battle in Ocarina of Time. The music, the flashes of lightning, and just everything made it completely epic.
Also runner ups: The final boss on Sonic 2, Mr.X from Streets of Rage 2, Cyberdemon from Doom (not doom 3)

the last boss in brave fencer musashi
perfect chaos from sonic adventure
the boss in metal gear solid 3
liquid ocelot in metal gear solid 4....that fight was frickin epic....
tabuu from super smash bros brawl
ganon in zelda ocarina of time...wind waker...AND twilight princess =P

theres probably more but its late and im tired lol

The whole Ganon showdown in Twilight Princess was awesome. Ocarina of Time final Ganon was incredible too. I think one of my favorites when I was younger was the final showdown in Mario 64. Not sure if it counts as a boss fight, but the revenge path in GTA IV was pretty awesome too.
