What is your console of choice?

Xbox 360 is my system of choice, gears of war and amss effect being the licences I have chosen upon all others with viva pinata actually.

Yes, Metal Gear Solid is widely considered to be the first truely cinematic console game and while not the first 3D stealth title, is was the first to be widely popular and more or less do it all well. 20 million sales for the franchise as a whole says a lot. Then again, if you've never played it when it first came out, you wouldn't know just how much the impact was. Epic, is the word I would use.

From a critical point of view, Metal Gear games are around the same score on metacritic as Mario games. Mario is more popular because he's Mario.

actually Ild say MGS is higher on metacritic. Most mario games were slammed, as in all those spinoffs. Only the main ones scored well (snes and 64) and still waiting for more on galaxy

I've had all 3, Voted on this poll a while back and i put Wii. Now its the Ps3 I've sold my Wii and own a 360 and Ps3.

I was thinking about make another thread the exact same to see if people have changed their mind. The situation back then was different. The PS3 has some awesome games now and is more user friendly and customizable.

PS3 for me. I wanted the BD player .

I 360 cause I got a wii first and it was pretty much a letdown, and then I got a 360 and my eyes were opened that sticking to the nintendo systems all these years wasnt the right choice
