Question Faulty GH3 Guitar

Okay, so I have had GH3 since late November, and about a week or two ago I started noticing that my orange button wasn't always registering that I was pressing it. This is obviously a problem since half the notes end up getting missed because it doesn't know that the button is pressed. I have searched google and found that this is a pretty widespread problem, but haven't seen that anyone has really gotten any help from Microsoft. I bought mine from Best Buy, and I was wondering if anyone knew if there was anything I can do, or am I just skrewed and I have to buy a new one?

I would just call up harmonex, or who ever is the distributor...thats what you were to do with rock band problems. Look in the manual for a support phone number, see if they will replace or fix it.

Well it looks like I waited to long to contact them because it is a 90-day warranty and that passed something like 2 weeks ago. The problem would naturally occur right as the warranty expired.

My guitar hero guitar has broken 3 times since I bought it when it came out. Luckly I had bought a warrenty from Gamestop so I just went in and exchanged it each time. One time the strum bar didn't register down strokes, the other 2 times either the yellow or the orange button went out.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to say "Save us James! Save the board!".

Carry on with the on-topic stuff.

The funny thing is that I don't really. I even asked my friends to look and see if I play to hard and they said no. My friends guitar has done this to.
