Haha. The PS3 sold 8,000 compared to Wii's 5,000 in the last numbers.. It's fast approaching 360-like Japan numbers, and that's bad. Really bad.

It is sold out in most stores, and if you do come across a store with them there is about a .00001 chance that they have more than 2 units. This is nothing more than the post-golden week decline and sales will be back up shortly. Demand is, at the very least, stable in Japan.

It's called "summer", so don't worry about it. Nothing's touching Nintendo's Japownage for the rest of the generation.

fun fact: If the Wii stopped selling completely right now, it would take the PS3 about 110 weeks to catch up at it's current rate. (just over 2 years)
