oh yes, We can play US version of DS games.
But Japanese want to have Japanese version because most of us are not good at English

It would be awesome if we had a Japanese Training over here, even though it wouldn't sell well simply because not many people are interested in learning Japanese, I'd definatly get it.

Yep. They're all region free. Including PSP. I own an asian GBA because I wanted the spice color.
