As far as I can see, it's still sold out.

I also checked the biggest forum in Japan called "2 channel".
According to a store manager, until recently Wiis were sold out, as soon as stores got the shipment.
but now Wii sit on the shelves for 1 or 2 days.
So Wii's demand might get weaker.
It's, however, still sold out.

It's very hard to predict how well a game like Big Brain Academy will be doing.
No one could predict Brain Training on DS sold 4 million copies.

So... honestly I don't know

but I guess, Big Brain Academy is bigger.
Big Brain Academy on DS sold 1.3 million.
