Don't buy Brawl... it's just Melee with an online addition you can't even communicate to people with, and couple more characters. Bargain bins are your friends.

What do you like more? Shooting Stuff or kicking ass.

Personally I get bored of shooters after awhile. I always prefer to kick ass. So Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
