This is referring to PC, and possibly Mac, nothing else.

Microsoft partly owns the rights to Mass Effect, so they'll be shitting a brick if it turned up on PS3. Or they might be okay with it coming out on PS3 as long as Bioware waits to release it until Mass Effect 3 is out or gonna be out soon.
