Default Wii will pump you up
Interesting read even if you don't own a wii.

This guy had used wii fit daily for 30-60 min and kept a daily log of his trials. The page I'm linking to is his conclusion post.

I wonder what all the wii/ wii fit haters have to say now about it being a gimmick. Maybe they all left.

Wii Fit's not a gimmick, but I don't consider it a game either.

Oh dear lord. I'm having a nightmare. In it, I am assailed by roving bands of masterless NES PowerGloves reprogrammed for Wii use; the game will be called "GluvLuv", and we will be forever changed as a society as Wii fit enthusiasts "connect" with each other over the net for wild tech orgies and digital hand pleasures!!!!!!!! Quick! Someone call Jesus!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry. I've had a lot of caffeine today...
