Better battery life, faster load times, lighter and the ability to play it on a TV.

That said, I have a PSP and I doubt I'd want to make the leap unless I was going to keep the old one for homebrew/emulation.

And it is more powerful so loads games quicker. There's some comparisions on Gametrailers and the slim loads sometimes up to 10 secs faster than the normal one

It's just up to you if you want to spend the money buying another version of a system you already have. I have yet to buy more than one of any given system and I won't be starting now.

Pretty much. Original DS sucked ass. Lite is tight. The original PSP was sweet anyway (and was gonna be my 1st next gen handheld selection until they announced the lite) and I still haven't got a PSP as a result, but soon niggas.

Its gonna have to wait until Rock Band, Mass Effect, Sper Mario Galaxy, a new amp for my car, and possibly new computer though. Maybe it will be down in price by then.

I prefer the fatty because of the better homebrew compatibility. A lot, well most, homebrew runs on firmware 1.5 which the slim can't support. Plus the fatty has that IR port that can be used (with homebrew) to support an IR keyboard.

Isn't homie something illegal you download from the internet or is it some creepy thing you need an add on for? My homebrew knowledge fails. What can you do With homie? Stuff like emulators or what? I see you like em thick.
