I love and use my PSP far more then my DS. As long as you get a fatty you can do a lot of homebrew and stuff with it. It's great!

Rule 18 says no. By wondering people's opinion here you get the same stock answers that they've given in multiple other threads. The majority of answers will be biased by the fact that people don't have both systems so of course they will suggest the one they own. And no one but you knows what system you'll get the most out of as they each have large game libraries and different features that only you know if you'll get anything out of.

Just go to a store and look at the games to see which has more that will interest you so you'll be able to get the most out of which one you buy. We can't tell you what the best option for you is, only you can.

If you have any specific questions about the features or games for either systems that might help you decide, go ahead and ask those.

Reasons to get a DS;
-Final Fantasy spin offs arguably better (I Heart Crystal Chronicles) edit; Before I get flamed I should point out, DS gets FF Tactics A2, Revenant Wings, CC:ROF and A new Kingdom Hearts [So far]
-[Superior] Capcom support (True Megaman sequels [important], Resident Evil)
-New games nearlly everyday
-Superior FPS controls (Hunters, COD4, Brothers In Arms even)
-New Sonic games that don't suck (!!)
-New Advance Wars set to be awesome

-Online is perhaps a bigger deal?

To the guy that said Worms PSP is widescreen, same applies to DS, only it's vertical instead of horizontal (And switching between the game and the map on the top screen saves time)

Reasons straight from the top of my dome to get a PSP;
-PS1 emu
-MGS Sequels
-GTA

Instead of buying the DS or PSP, spend it all on Nintendo stock. Its gonna explode once Wii Fit comes out.

Who ever argued that Crystal Chronicles is better than the main series? I don't think a lot of people would. In fact, it almost seems like Crystal Chronicles is being ignored outright...

Nobody cares about Megaman Battle Network 17 Unicorn/Godzilla Editions anymore.

Wait a second, Resident Evil? The only RE DS game I remember was a straight port of a past game, which kind of sucked anyway when you could buy REmake for cheaper than that. There was another RE DS game?

The problem is the DS has a resolution comparable to the GBA.

I meant arguably better than the psp spinoffs.
(By the by, did you look at the user score of those two metacritic links?
CC: 8.5 XII: 8.2)

And Megaman ZX Advent is the latest game in the main series-
Megaman - Megaman X - Megaman Zero - Megaman ZX

People care.

Yeah but even though they tell me to get the system they got, they give pros and cons why I should/shouldn't get it. The first post I made in theese forums was if I should get a X360 or a PS3, back then I wanted the PS3 more than I wanted a X360, then the guys convinced into getting a X360 first, and I love it! Later I got a PS3.

It actually helps asking other people.

I would think the sound quality is about the same and the graphics are really incomparable, aren't they? PSP has better graphics, but DS has two screens displaying at the same time, so....
