Darn you Shinnoh Dex!

EDIT: If Gengar attacks an opponent while they're asleep....do they wake up?

Double EDIT: Dream Eater's out. Thanks Xisi & Legacy.
I have about 20. I also have a spare Everstone from Underground. (Attach to Ditto, then the Pokemon it breeds with has a 50% chance of having the Ditto's nature.) Which nature Ditto would you like?

I know.

I think there's a 30% chance of waking him up, not sure.

move 2: Shadow Ball
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Focus Blast or Sludge Bomb
item: Leftovers / Life Orb / Choice Specs / Expert Belt / Choice Scarf
nature: Timid / Modest
evs: 4hp/252spatk/252spd
That's similar to the Gengar I've trained up, it packs quite a punch and hits a few different types.

My little brother just hatched a shiny Spiritomb.

Oh :0 You're on!

Hmmm...what nature would you recommend? I guess Adamant/Brave is the most popular o.O

But then again there's Modest for Sp. Attack o.O

Darn. Nice...

I was thinking of adding Psychic in there too instead of Focus Blast...why doesn't Smogon recommend it?

I dunno, depends on what you're breeding.

Got a Timid Eevee if you're looking for one, too.

Oh yeah, get online so I can give you that Bagon.

Because Psychic only hits fighting and poison for super effective, and neither of those types are massively common or a huge threat to Gengar, and you'll most likely have coverage for them with your other Pokémon.

Focus Blast is super effective against five different types. Three of which you wouldn't stand a chance against with Gengar without it.

Can a Ditto buttsecks another Ditto?

Hmmm...maybe I should breed Eevee's! Or Bagons o.O
Does Bagon have to be an adult for it to make babies?

Darn...so hard deciding what Ditto. I guess I might take Brave since attack is the most liked stat and it lowers speed which is no big deal.

:0 I know! I'll breed Charmander's and Mudkips!

EDIT: Getting online.

Yes.

I don't think so.

Charizard actually has good speed so you'll probably want a nature that lowers Sp.Def or Def. Brave would probably be best for tanks.

EDIT: Did you add my friend code?

Ditto can't breed with Ditto.

You can breed Bagon, it doesn't have to be evolved.

Speed is pretty important when using a sweeper. Unless the Pokémon is ridiculously slow and has no chance of outspeeding things to begin with. My personal opinion is if you want a physical sweeper, go Adamant and lower the special attack which will never be used. Likewise, with a special sweeper, go Modest to lower the attack which won't be needed.

I see. What about Sludge Bomb?
