Bite, Crunch, Faint Attack, Night Slash, Punishment, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Thief.

All Dark moves and all moves Bowser could realistically pull off.

That's eight moves of one type, how many more attacks of that type would he need? Because if you made him part Dragon, I can guarantee that he wouldn't be able to have eight Dragon moves.

Besides, he doesn't resemble a dragon at all. At least his evil image and persona could be classified as a Dark Pokémon. Also, he doesn't have to be a Dragon to learn Dragon type moves. Look at Tyranitar.

I imagined his Sp.Atk being a bit lower, like 90 or 95.

Well he has firebreath, so it seems reasonable for him to learn flamethrower and have a high enough SP Attack to make to worthwhile.

Although it could be 95 SP Attack, 50 Speed.

I think Dragon would fit much better. Many of the Dragon types fit Bowser good.
