This sounds like a rather fun idea. One of my friends fixed their router and I had my first full fledged match tonight. I can play fine on dial-up, though voice chat's sadly a no go for obvious reasons.

Ordered my copy of Pokémon Diamond off of eBayUK yesterday, so I should have my very own imported copy by Monday/Tuesday. Really looking forward to it now, I wasn't too fussed a few weeks ago.
