Go stand in some grass, set it off.

You'll see some grass squares rustle. Go into them, and you'll fight a wild pokemon, hopefully of the worthwhile Pokeradar-only kind, but more often just the regular pokemon of that route.

Ok I was at the part where you put Honey on the tree and Pokemon are supposed to come. I just stood next to the tree for a while and no pokemon came?

They come 9-12 hours later. I usually do it right before I sleep, switch off my DS, check when I wake up, resmear and check again before bed time. It's better to do lots of trees at once to boost your chances. Also, if you're looking for Heracross, I can just hook it up for you.

Neo, Serebii says try the west side of 211.
