You'll have to beat the Elite 4 and obtain the National Dex first.

Unless Xisi trades you a female Eevee.

Ok guys, there's two Pokemon I'm favoring right now but I'm only gonna stick with one and level it up. My question is, which would benefit me more if I stuck with them and leveled him up. Heracross or Gible?

For the single player, either.

For multi, it depends on how your team is built. If you don't have a fast physical sweeper already, Garchomp is good. If you don't already have a better fighting type, Heracross is also.

Just pick whoever you think looks cooler and box the other one for later on.

That's your team and you're only at the second gym?

I'm at the seventh gym and I still haven't got a team of six yet. It's so damn time consuming to breed egg moves onto the Pokémon you want as well as getting the correct natures for them.

My current team is:

Leafeon Lv. 50 (My new favourite grass Pokémon ever)
Toxicroak Lv. 50
Rampardos Lv. 50

And I'm new egg move breeding Lucario (possibly to replace Toxicroak or Rampardos), Sneasel and Feebas. I've also just acquired in a Magby with Magmarizer in a trade and am looking for an Elekid. Then I'll probably pick my team of six to complete the game out of those eight Pokémon.

He's on route 218, you'll have to use the pokéradar for it to be a possible showup.
