damnit i have to wait until christmas to eat a decent fillet steak from my butcher, otherwise i just get surloin from tesco, is nice, but cant compete....
is there a turkey option?!!11

If we're talking top-of-the-line cuts then I gotta say beef.

Chicken is more consistent, though. You can get some really tough, nasty steaks, but chicken doesn't really change much - besides the way it's cooked, of course.

Give me a nice, marble-ized steak to cook on the grill, though, and I'm a pig in shit.
