Buying a Zune...

I need a high capacity music player and the new iPood classics look ugly, and are made ugly too. (internet friend sent me a pic of one, the finish looks spraypainted on :PUKE: ) Zen's have an ugly ass design (criss cross between PDA, Phone, and MP3 player lmfao) and Sandisk doesn't have 30GB models (or I can't find them on the site) so...
Zunes have a nice design, good capacity, and are only $200 now.
Questions:
a) Are they reliable?
b) Is there any rumours that a new model will come out soon?
c) How scratch resistant are they?

actually they are both crap. I believe they are more fashion accessories then anything else. both limit your ablity to listen to what you want. both use DRM. Both are PWNED by the X5

Microsoft has said itself that the next Zune would have gaming capabilities. Of course that was Peter Moore, so I don't know whatever happened to that.
