I've never called the B's the best, just like I haven't called the Canucks the best. They haven't done anything in the last couple season's to prove they're much better than average.

Either of you Vancouver fans follow the WHL Giants? Just wondering because Milan Lucic made the B's out of camp and I'm just curious if you've seen him play at all.

That's the difference between this team and the team they had a few years ago - they have guys that are really good, but are also team-oriented. Granted, not Jagr so much, but every team has a Jagr.

Let me just highlight a little comment I made yesterday.

Rangers: 1 - 0
GW Goal - Drury

Oh yeah!!!

Av's, who suck now and I fully admit it. I am a Ducks supporter too though, just because my boy Selanne is there. But he might be done now.

Why must there be so many people here that like the same teams? It's no fun that way.

I support the Leafs, but I realize they are terrible. They will miss the playoffs this year and you can quote me on that if you feel the need. At least we'll be better than the Islanders.

I also have a soft spot for Minnesota, Pittsburgh and the Rangers are cool too.

As for canadian teams, I'd say Ottawa and Calgary are the best, followed by Vancouver and Montreal, and a toss up between the Leafs and Oilers for worst.

Favorite player is Ovechkin, most underrated player is Slava Kozlov, most overrated player is by far Sergei Fedorov.

The Jets are the only Canadian team to ever matter. R.I.P.

Bruins lost their opener 4-1 in Dallas. Didn't look much better than last years team, except that they weren't the ones who got the too many men on the ice penalty. Manny Fernandez is not going to be an overnight fan favourite. I thought Phil Kessel looked good out there though. Looking forward to what he could do this season.
