Just the unspesific "Only job-related activities during working hours". That being said, I was mainly joking. I pretty much organize my own work day, no one breathing down my neck (at least if I keep the deadlines..). Of course, they also fear that I might go all BOFH on them. Not that I would - I am a gentle soul.
