Synergy. It's a piece of software that lets you share a keyboard and mouse over the network. It's fantastic for working on older machines that don't have USB ports, because it means you don't have to have 2 keyboards and 2 mice on the desk. Right now I have my cousin's PC hooked up to my 2nd monitor, and I'm controlling both computers from keyboard and mouse. It's so awesome.
