NGW Awards revisitied - Stage 1

It became long ago obvious that this was never going to be finished, but with momo being banned no one has to worry about stepping on his toes anymore, so I'm prepared to finish what he started. It'll be broken into three stages that'll each end whenever it looks like they should be ended.

Stage 1 will be picking the categories. Some are already preset but we'll spend a day or two taking suggestions for other awards. They can be serious or funny, but make them something worthwhile as not all will be chosen. If you like one that has already been suggested make sure to voice your support of it, as more popular ones will probably be chosen.

Stage 2 will be the nominations. I will use the ones that were already made in the previous thread, but the new categories will need filling, and you're welcome to nominate people that haven't already been mentioned during the previous nom's. That'll go till it look's like no one else has anything to include(doubtful it'll be much more than 3 or 4 days).

Stage 3 will be the voting. Should be self explanatory as you vote from the list of nominee's in each category. I haven't decided how it'll be done, either a public vote where you just post in the forum, or a private vote where you PM your votes to me(and possibly a 2nd person to make sure I don't fudge the numbers). You can voice your preference for that here, or I'll include it as part of Stage 2. That'll also last until it looks like everyone has voted.

I do need someone that can make some sig awards for this as I don't have talent, so if you want to do that just let me know, either here or via PM. Hopefully this time things will work out better than last time.

For GOTY I was just going to take the top games from each console and then have a 2nd vote for overall GOTY, or something like that.

I really have nothing in particular in mind. If you have some ideas you can let me know, or even better if someone else volunteers to work on it, the two of you could work together in coming up with some ideas. It really doesn't have to be anything super fancy.

I have a suggestion:

Best at Predictions (like for things such as NPD #'s or the console war)

I was also going to suggest what I have below, but the person I mention is really the only one I can think of that would fit that category.

Biggest Flip-Flopper (a guy like Vrrrrooooom who used to endorse 1 console and is now on the other side of the fence)
