I have been reading up on scientology even before anonymous proposed its attack on the so called "religion". I do believe that their tax exempt status and other various harmful methods, such as the Fair Game rule, should be disposed of. Hopefully anonymous can accomplish ridding their "religion" of those methods. I will not be protesting on the 10th. Just gonna observe for now.

It's actually more then just that. It's totally illegal to say you even want to harm him. You'll get FBI knocking on your door if you do. FBI makes random internet searches to see if keywords are close to the word president and then will come looking for you. I shit you not, it has happened. Not to me but, take it from me the guy with the degree in criminal justice...

You also know the context of his statement. Anyone looking into it from the FBI/Secret Service side knows better than to act. What likely will happen is that his activity will carry some sort of flag in an information database for later reference.

Actually when it comes to the President FBI doesn't include context. That is the only case where they don't. But they probably wont pursue it, they probably just get put on a list of people to visit when the president comes to town. No joke, when the president is around anybody that has threatened him gets a visit from secret service. They'll take you to dinner, movie, whatever to keep you away. Or so I've been told by my professor.
