I have serious doubts formats as we know it will even be relevant in 10 years. For Blu-Ray to overtake DVD will take at least a decade before we notice a large scale turnover. However, if you look at what is going on with music currently, you see the future of the industry. CD's are no longer being bought. Although they are relatively cheap to produce, it is much more cost efficient to release it as a download (it costs nothing really).
Wiiware/XBLA etc... offer downloadable games. While they are small games in terms of memory currently, I believe fullscale games will be downloadable in 10 years.
We'll see the same thing with movies. I really expect Apple to release an "iMovieplayer", which is essentially a computer that you download all of your movies into.
The only thing stopping this currently is the internet speeds aren't high enough. It will be increased however and this technology will be very possible within the next few years. Corporations have realized they can make much more money by selling products via download and consumers are realizing how easy it is (not mention it leaves less crap for us to have).
I have no idea about technology/business trends etc... so if you drill me, I really don't care.
To sum it up easily: The future of entertainment lies solely in downloads.
