What started the entire issue? I don't understand. It looks like the bus driver should be fired. I can't really tell though. I really can't understand the first few times they are talking. She's too quiet. She's really lucky she wasn't shot though, these days.

If it were me, I'd have walked out the back of the bus and dared her to grab me. If the did, I'd have mauled her. My bus driver, when I was in high school, let me have my own seat and everything.

That video is nearly impossible to see what the bus driver is doing. I can't tell who threw the first punch, but I can clearly see that the bus driver is the aggressive entity. Where I'm from, she'd be fired in almost no time. She'd have been suspended that day.

There was wrong on both sides. Problem is, one is an adult and the other a minor. The girl doesn't understand that she is the bus drivers responsibility between the school and her home stop. The driver could be held responsible if the girl was injured after getting off early.

The driver shouldn't have behaved that way either though. Especially as the adult. I get the feeling it was a brewing issue but as the adult, she's going to get screwed for loosing her cool. She should have just let her girl call her mother and had her picked up and taken the opportunity to tell the mother that the girl is no longer allowed to ride the bus.
