We could also focus attention to trying to encourage posts out of our members that took the time to sign up and occasionally lurk, but never take the time to actually post something.

Glanced again at the number of real guests versus search bots. Out of the 169 guests currently on the site, 17 are not search bots.

I've spotted a lot of from Yahoo but MSN and Google are also there in smaller numbers.
