Migration

It's beginning to get a little annoying that people keep moaning about the site (people in the IRC, you know who you are). I know I moaned about it a while back, but at least I proposed a solution.

BTW, I'm not advocating a migration in any way.

We flare up about this every month, then we let it rest (because Phoenix usually calms us down). But I will say this: sooner or later, we will all leave. Everyone has a breaking point and we are already seeing members leave, probably a larger amount now than before. If Phoenix doesn't get the site soon, I don't think we'll be here much longer.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Every month everyone goes off the rails, and then nothing happens. We're all "Leaving this, ConsoleWars that blah blah blah", but we never do anything. Something needs to be done, while there's still a hope in hell of the site surviving. We leave now, we could still have a community.

I say we CALL our admins. On the phone.

I've pretty much already migrated away from NGW's site. Granted, I stop in from time to time to see how everyone's doing, but there's nothing really here that I come for anymore. Between my work, my gaming community and Kotaku... I feel like I'm pretty much happy and have all my gaming news.
