I don't think any of us have said anything bad about the job Phoenix did as admin. When we got in touch with Dennis we did so only in an attempt to open up communication and try to save this site. When we did get in touch with him, he came here and talked with Phoenix and we left it at that. He was in communication with the site again, so mission accomplished. Then Dennis PM'd me a few days later wondering why I still hadn't got in touch with him.

So when I eventually talked with him, that's when he stated he wanted to set up a new mod/admin team. I'm not sure why so many people see that as a shock. Did you really expect that when a site owner comes to his site and sees the person left in charge encouraging everyone to leave for another site, that he was going to continue to trust him to run this place? I know that if us 3 new admins were to start telling everyone to move to Tick-Tech, I wouldn't expect any of us to keep our admin status for very long. I even said at one point that just changing the admins is going to make no real difference. If the site isn't advertised to bring in new members, it's not going to matter who is in charge.


I guess some people want to believe that there is more to the story than this, but there isn't. None of us made any sort of a request to have Phoenix demoted, and as far as I know, none of us had a problem with him being in charge. I know I didn't. But I guess people like to play the blame game, so if it makes them feel better to blame me, I'm happy to be of service.

He got nearly everyone to leave the site, why wouldn't the owner de admin him? you guys come arguing about logic while failing to see the most basic form of it

eventually admin causes people to leave

Imagine, you have a girlfriend, and your uncle is dead. And he left you a few million bucks. You sleep for 2 minutes, and when you wake up, you realize your brother took your money, and your girlfriend left with him. The biggest backstab you could imagine has taken place here, and nobody gives a shit. I, for one, am not someone who would waste his time for something puny. But in my opinion, this is big. Bigger than you guys can imagine. Of course he's going to get angry if all his hard work is just being thrown to some members who just HAPPENED to stay active. And he didn't even get angry, he was disappointed. I would be too, it's amazing to see Phoenix go through what he went through, and still look out for his friends at their new 'home.'

Uh, but it is dead. You have virtually no posters... and a decaying forum that the pseudo-admins have no real power to do like anything. The true admins do nothing but leech off of the old popularity of the site. It took them forever to notice; they only did once they had a drop in ad revenue. They don't care about you at all. THAT is the difference between NGW and KFZ. they are not even here enough to see what we are talking about in this thread.

Not true at all. All the 'visitors' here are bots... KFZ has far more regulars, far more posts per minute, and far more new topics per day.
