| It's about damned time. Possibly th godliest game ever released, will it ever see a re-release? Will any other game ever surpass it? I love this game. God it's awsome.

| Will it ever see a re-release? Hopefully, if Microsoft and Nintendo can stop being little bitches and have it on both their respective download services. Will any other game every surpass it? The only FPS games I can think of that surpass it already are Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and Portal, that's saying a lot. Goldeneye is still a lot of fun.

| Still have the original and an N64 hooked up to my TV, so I don't need a re-release. This is pretty much the only game that my dad would play, so we had some good family multi player afternoons.

| It's a shame that they have to fight. Gamers everywhere want the game out. They'd both make cash on it, but Nintendo's version would be ignored compared to the improved version that Microsoft would obviously release. I wouldn't say Portal surpassed it. Portal was awsome. But it wasn't that good. Goldeneye has length and variety and multiplayer. I never played the original Half-Life, But the second was better then Goldeneye. If only just.

| Definitely one of the best games of the 3D era of gaming. Will it ever be surpassed? In controls, it has been done. But in terms of gameplay, I highly doubt it. This game is brilliant in terms of missions, varying difficulty, great replayability, speed running etc... The multiplayer has been surpassed (I'm not a huge PD fan, but PD's multiplayer trumped it) but it is still great multiplayer. An online version of this would sell either way. It's just those who have the wii60 combo would more likely download the superior 360 version. |

| Imporved/fixed grafics, Online fighting, all Xboxy content. You know. Nintendo would port and bug-fix, but not much else. I'd still buy both versions.

| Yes... They'd optimise it for the classic, but nothing for the gamecube controller.

| Controls would be the same how the Wii handles other N64 games via the virtual console. I do think that the graphics may get a slight upgrade but it'd be extremely limited. Basically better texture filtering and a higher output resolution (all done in the emulator of course). The actual content of the game would remain the same. |
