I can only imagine the Turbo Grafx fanboys being like the Wii fanboys of today.

They let Sega and Nintendo fanboys tear eachother a new one, while sitting at the side annoying no one, in the same way Nintendo fanboys now let Microsoft and Sony fanboys going at each other.

I wasn't a fanboy then, I had a SNES and a Mega Drive and loved both for different reasons.

I think it was in this thread I mentioned it, my parents are divorced.

Dad got me a NES, mum got me a Master System
Dad got me a SNES, mum got me a Mega Drive
Mum got me a PlayStation, Dad got me an N64
Mum got me a PlayStation 2, Dad got me a Game Cube.

Now I have to buy my own consoles...

Wow. Only consoles my parents bought me were the NES and Genesis, and we only got the Genesis because my mom liked Sonic.
