If that rig can't play 720p HD content, there is something else *seriously* wrong with it.

So can my 64 3200, I can play all HD movies on mine.. Maybe your Video Card is the problem, because the CPU sure isnt.

Your processor is better than mine, we have the same amount of RAM and we have the same graphics card and I can play 720p stuff (I even played a 1080p trailer once, didn't fit on the screen but it ran fine). Are you sure it's not that fact that you are using a normal TV and not a monitor?
