100 mb download speed doesn't translate into the actual speed, but still you're getting ripped off. But your connection is still 8 times better than mine, SO DON'T COMPLAIN!

Bandwidth tests are not reliable for connections with that much bandwidth. I get 100mb/s (I'm certain you do not have 100mB/s), but on tests I usually get 12000 or so, too. It's not your ISP's fault.

That's pretty average, you can play online with that in pretty much every game, but don't try to host, please don't.

To be fair, I usually get a slightly lower ping (72 in most tests) when I have less windows open.
