Omega Drivers Question

Mmkay, I have used the Omega Drivers before on my Radeon cards and loved them, until some newer games came out then they didnt work anymore, and when I upgraded the Omega drivers the new games worked but the older ones didnt.

Anyways, does anyone use the Omega Drivers for the Geforce 8xxx Series? And if so do they work with the older games (Doom 3) as well as newer games (Crysis and UT3) and are they much better then the reference drivers from nVidia?
